Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.   
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Carriers:

  • We primarily ship via UPS
  • The shipping method and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues, may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • We charge a flat rate for shipping, depending on the value of the order. 
  • The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting certain criteria. Please check our website for current offers.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. 
  • We do not currently ship internationally. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please contact hello@risenshinebeverage.com if you'd like access to your tracking number
  • You can track the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Issues & Damages:

  • Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please make a note of it when signing for delivery (if applicable) and take photos of the damage.
  • If your products arrive damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@risenshinebeverage.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Jubilee's is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.  
  • We will do our best to assist you in this process, but Jubilee's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Jubilee's is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
